According to Mr. Clark "This is a 6000 s.f. home in Carlsbad, NM with four bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, roof terraces, fitness room, hobby room/library, elevator (was added during construction), in a Spanish Colonial style. Each bathroom will have a steam shower and 6’ whirlpool tub."
